Printme offers free shipping on all orders. For total orders below Rs.400, Rs.55 are charged. COD charges of Rs.45 as convenience charge are applied on all cash on delivery orders. Order dispatch usually takes just one day. Shipping usually takes one week but may be take longer, depending upon your location.
Customers usually receive their cases within 2 or 3 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations. Tracking / where’s My Order
Please Note: the Printme offers have a dispatch time of approx. 10 working days you can only track your order if you created an account at the time of ordering or have previously created an account.
To track the progress of your order, please log in to your Printme account and review your Order History.
There are 3 order status:
Pending We have received your order and the artwork file is in the process of generation
Processing Your order is in the process of being manufactured or is complete and awaiting shipment
Shipped Your order has been shipped to you. See Domestic Shipping for more details
What is your policy on returns?
In the event that the Printme product received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, or if it does not materially match the description or pictures on the website, you may return the Printme product to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement of the product or full refund of the price paid by you. In all cases you must return the Printme unused with a copy of the dispatch note.
Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk. If the item is the wrong colour or size for customised cases.
If we have sent you the wrong colour or size by mistake, you can return it and we will reprint it for you. However, if we have sent you the colour or size you ordered we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. The colours on screen appear in RGB colour format whereas the printing is done in CMYK colours, so there may be a slit difference in an onscreen product and the printed one, so Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.
The image quality is not as good as expected
When you are uploading artwork it is your responsibility to supply us with an image that is of good enough quality. This is further made apparent when using the designer tool. Artwork uploading and printing is fully automated and will not be checked.
The delivery I gave was incorrect Once dispatched, if the order is returned to us by the registered post due to either an insufficient or incorrect address being entered, we will notify you and should you request that the order be re-dispatched we will send a payment request for the postage charge again. The order will not be re-dispatched until this payment is received.
